By accessing or using the All Hair Shop website at allhairshop.com or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colors, shades, and descriptions accurately. Due to monitor and device variation, actual product appearance may differ slightly.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Orders and Payment

• Your order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
• Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.
• Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. All Hair Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For full shipping details, see our Shipping & Final Sale Policy.

All Sales Final — Hygiene Policy

• Hair extensions (clip-in, tape-in, weft, micro bead, fusion, halo, and all other types)
• Wigs and hairpieces
• Hair brushes, combs, and detangling tools
• Hair extension pliers, micro ring tools, loop tools, and application accessories
• Tape-in extension supplies, tape tabs, and adhesive products
• Heat styling tools (flat irons, curling irons, blow dryers, and similar)
• Hair extension storage bags, hangers, and stands
• Hair clippers, trimmers, and grooming tools
• Hair care products, treatments, and vegan hair care
• Any product that has been opened, removed from original packaging, used, installed, handled, or altered in any way

This policy applies regardless of whether the product appears unused or unaltered. For personal hygiene and sanitation reasons, we cannot resell products that have left our facility, and we are unable to make exceptions.

Issues We Can Help With

While we do not accept standard returns, we are committed to making things right when an issue is on our end. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item — we will send the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our cost
• Your item arrived damaged or defective — send us a photo and we will issue a replacement or full refund
• Your order is missing an item — we will ship the missing item at no additional cost
• Your order was not delivered — we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund as appropriate

Claims submitted after 7 days of the delivery date may not be eligible for resolution.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of All Hair Shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, All Hair Shop and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or products
• Product performance or results (individual outcomes may vary)
• Shipping delays, carrier errors, or customs issues
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

Products are sold for personal use only. Results may vary. We make no medical claims regarding any product sold on this site. Always follow included product instructions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
