Match to your mid-lengths and ends rather than your roots. Roots are almost always darker than the rest of your hair. If you're between two shades, choose the lighter one — it's easier to blend a slightly lighter extension into your hair than a darker one. We also offer free shade swatches you can order before committing.

For clip-ins: fine hair needs 120–160g, medium hair 160–220g, thick hair 220g+. For tape-ins: most clients need 40–60 pieces (2–3 packs) for a full head. When in doubt, go for more — you can always use fewer pieces.

We don't recommend bleaching extensions — it damages the hair and voids any guarantee. You can tint them slightly darker (within 1–2 shades) with a semi-permanent color. For a dramatic color change, contact us and we'll recommend the closest shade match.

Clip-ins worn 3–4 times per week last 9–12 months with proper care. Daily wearers can expect 6–9 months. Tape-in application lasts 6–8 weeks; the hair itself can be re-taped up to 3 times, giving a total lifespan of 6–9 months.

Every 15–20 wears for clip-ins. Overwashing strips moisture and shortens lifespan. Always use sulfate-free shampoo and a deep conditioner. Lay flat or hang to dry — never sleep on wet extensions.

We accept returns within 30 days on unworn, unopened products in original packaging. Once a weft has been opened and handled, we cannot accept it for hygiene reasons. Shade swaps are free if your extensions genuinely don't match after following our shade guide.
